Commission Terms & Project Guidelines
Thank you for considering my services! My goal is to provide high-quality Roblox builds while maintaining a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every client.
The following guidelines explain how commissions are handled, what you can expect throughout the process, and how we can ensure a successful collaboration.
01. Project Agreements
1.1 Project Details
Before starting a commission, we will discuss the project's requirements, references, expected delivery date, and total price to make sure everything is clearly understood.
1.2 Scope of Work
The agreed price covers the specific work discussed before development begins. Additional features, environments, or significant changes may require a separate quotation.
1.3 Communication
Clear and respectful communication is expected from both sides. I will provide progress updates when appropriate and remain available to discuss relevant questions or concerns.
02. Payments & Pricing
2.1 Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the methods we mutually agree upon before the project begins.
2.2 Initial Deposit
For larger commissions, a 50% upfront deposit may be required before development starts. The remaining balance must be paid before the final project files are delivered.
2.3 Pricing
Commission prices are determined by the project's complexity, size, level of detail, and estimated workload.
2.4 Payment Security
Final builds and project files will only be transferred once the agreed payment has been completed and verified.
03. Revisions & Delivery
3.1 Progress & Feedback
Clients are encouraged to provide references and constructive feedback throughout the development process to ensure the final result matches their expectations.
3.2 Reasonable Adjustments
Minor adjustments that remain within the original agreement can generally be accommodated without additional charges.
3.3 Major Modifications
Substantial redesigns, new requests, or changes outside the original scope may result in additional costs and adjustments to the delivery schedule.
3.4 Delivery Schedule
I aim to complete every commission within the agreed timeframe. If unexpected circumstances affect the schedule, I will communicate them as soon as possible.
04. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Before Development
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, an upfront payment may be eligible for a full refund.
4.2 During Development
If a commission is cancelled after development has begun, any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed and the applicable agreement.
4.3 Completed Commissions
Once the agreed work has been completed, approved, and delivered, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by applicable law or where the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications.
4.4 Unpaid Projects
Failure to complete an agreed payment may result in the project being paused or cancelled. Unpaid work will not be delivered.
05. Privacy & Portfolio Usage
5.1 Project Confidentiality
I respect the privacy of my clients and will not intentionally disclose confidential project information, unreleased game content, or private development details without authorization.
5.2 Portfolio Showcase
I may request permission to feature screenshots, videos, or completed builds in my professional portfolio. Confidential or unreleased content will not be publicly showcased without the client's approval.
5.3 Client Recognition
Client reviews or testimonials may be featured in my portfolio with permission. Personal information, Discord usernames, and profile pictures will only be displayed when authorized.
5.4 Ownership & Usage Rights
Ownership, source-file access, and usage rights will follow the agreement established for each commission. Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the agreed usage rights once full payment has been completed.
06. Professional Standards
6.1 Mutual Respect
All collaborations must remain respectful and professional. Harassment, threats, scams, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
6.2 Project Commitment
I am committed to delivering original, carefully crafted work that meets the agreed specifications and quality expectations.
6.3 Unexpected Circumstances
Should any issues arise during development, I will make reasonable efforts to resolve them through clear communication and mutual understanding.
Acceptance of Terms
By explicitly confirming acceptance of these terms and proceeding with a commission, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the guidelines outlined above.
Any project-specific arrangements agreed upon in writing will take precedence over these general guidelines where applicable.
